Cover with plastic wrap and place in a dark place.
Allow the grapes to sit for 4 hours before eating.
Garnish with fresh oreganos and a handful of dried basil.
Serve with lemon wedges and a lemon wedge garnish.
Recipe Notes: The red wine is best used with Grenachis grenache, which is an older red wine.
The grenache is often more common.
For best results, use Grenache wine in conjunction with fresh fruit juices.
You can use grenache wine if you’re cooking with canned red wine or other red wines.
If you’re using wine from a wine store, use a red wine from the bottle and use grenachis as garnish and garnish the red wine on top.
