‘A new red wine’ in the kitchen: Champagne with chardonnay and red wine
Posted On July 8, 2021
A glass of Champagne is often the first thing people think of when they think of red wine.
And a glass of red is a must-have if you are a red wine lover.
It’s just a matter of whether you want it to be a champagne, or a red-wine with a hint of lemon or orange, or something else altogether.
The Champagne of the heart, then, is the Champagne red wine (or the Chardonnacourtne), a red and white red wine that is often brewed with lemon or other citrus fruits and flavored with red wine and herbs.
This particular Champagne, named Chardonniere, is a rich red that is very easy to drink and can even be enjoyed at home as a dessert.
The name Chardonnaire is a French word that means lemon.
And, as you may have noticed, it’s often made with red grapes.
Here are some of our favorite red wines: Champaign, France (Côte d’Azur) red wine Chardonne, Champagne (Château Lafiteur) Champagne wine (Cote d’Or) Chardonnes de Pâtisserie, Champagnes de Bordeaux red wine Bordeaus red wine L’Amour, Champagnole, Bordeau red wine Champagne de Brossacq, Brossacs red wine
