Why you should chill your red wine

It’s a common refrain among wine lovers to say: “I have to be careful when I buy wine because the taste is so bad.”

And while that might be true for wine lovers, it’s not always true for everyone.

We want to hear from you about what you think about red wine.

This is an edited transcript of our podcast from February 20, 2017.

The story starts with a conversation between two wine lovers in the middle of the Atlantic Ocean, with both people drinking from the same wine barrel.

It’s in the south of France, and you can see a bit of the coastline of Brittany in the distance.

“We’re sitting in the same spot and I tell her I’m not really sure about red wines, I just like the smell of the wine,” says the first person, who doesn’t want to give her name for fear of being ridiculed.

“She looks at me and says, ‘I don’t want your wine, it smells bad.'”

“She doesn’t know why I want it,” the second person says.

“So, I explain to her what red wine is and that’s when she says: ‘That’s good!

You have to chill your wine!'”

The wine is made from grapes that are harvested by the grape family, and it’s a delicate, subtle blend of flavours that are meant to make you feel good and relaxed.

The flavour profiles can vary quite a bit depending on where you grow the grapes.

And then there’s the colour.

“This is where we get a bit different, because red wines are a lot lighter than white wines,” says Joanna, the wine expert from the University of Oxford.

“So, for instance, there’s a red wine called the Peronne that is almost orange and it has a little bit of sweetness, but it’s more of a red fruit wine.”

A white wine is very rich and full, but not so much that it makes me want to eat a piece of fruit.

“”A red wine that has a hint of lemon and grapefruit or pear or apple is also a very good choice, because they’re the fruit that gives the wine its distinctive taste.

“Joanna says the red wine tastes great with grilled meats, fish, seafood, and vegetables.

She also says that it’s ideal for a glass of wine, even if it’s cold.

So, while you may enjoy your reds, they’re definitely not for everyone, particularly if you’re not sure about the flavour profile. “

Joannas advice?

“It’s important that you have your wine chilled before you drink it,” she advises.

It may seem like a simple thing, but she says it can really add a lot to the flavour of your wine.

When it comes to wine tasting, you should always choose a wine that’s been grown for its flavour, not its colour.

So, Joannas tips: “Buy a wine which has a certain colour and that colour is meant for a specific occasion and the wine is meant as a dessert wine.”
